HBI Barrel Nut Tool for Springfield Armory Kuna™
The HBI Barrel Nut Tool is designed for the installation and removal of the barrel nut on the Springfield Armory Kuna™. Precision machined from heat-treated 4140 chromoly steel and zinc plated for long-term corrosion resistance, this tool is built for durability and repeated use.
The tool slides over the barrel to engage the barrel nut at the trunnion and is designed for use with a 7/8-inch wrench or socket. The recommended barrel nut installation specification is 55 ft-lbs of torque with Loctite® 620.
