At Springfield Armory our goal with our online store is to provide our customers with high quality, complementary products that enhance and support the diverse lineup of Springfield firearms sold through our retail network. Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction . If you are dissatisfied with, or have changed your mind on your purchase, you can return your Springfield Armory online purchase for credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date subject to the conditions stated below.


All conditions must be met, and Springfield Armory reserves the right to refuse or deny requests for returns not meeting the conditions.


Return Policy applicable only to Springfield Armory online purchases, and does not apply to firearms purchased through our retail network. See Springfield Guarantee regarding conditions for warranty on firearms.


General Conditions:

  • All returns will need an RMA # for processing. Please contact our customer service team at 1-800-680-6866 or email at sales@springfield-armory.com
  • Once contacted, Springfield customer service will coordinate the necessary steps to complete the return
  • Refund of original purchase price on the original form of payment including taxes or exchange for a different item are available options


Product Specific Conditions for Returns for any reason:

  • All items must be unused, with original tags still attached, and original packaging undamaged and in saleable condition
  • Clothing being returned for wrong size must be clean, not used, and factory tags still attached in original packaging
  • Any electronic devices such as red dot sights or any other device containing batteries must be in new, unopened packaging. Incorrect fitment is not the responsibility of Springfield Armory. Any item that has had batteries installed are not eligible for return


Return for Claim of Defective Product:

  • Any product being returned for a claim that the product is damaged or defective needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products being returned for a claim of defective do not have to be in new or unopened packaging.
  • All claims of defective products will be evaluated once received by Springfield Armory, and if products are deemed not to be defective, the products will be returned to the customer at their expense
  • Return claims for items damaged in transit need to be received no later than 2 days after date of delivery of package to the customer


Products that cannot be returned for any reason:

  • CO2 cartridges, ammunition, clothing that has been washed or shows signs of wear, items that have been damaged from use and/or are missing packaging/accessories
